Customers within Ontario will usually receive their order within 1-2 days of shipping.

West Coast customers, please allow up to 4 business days for your order to arrive.

You will receive your purchase 4 to 7 business days from the time we process your order. If you are in the North East you will usually receive you order within 3 or 5 days of shipping. For our US West Coast customers, please allow 4 - 7 business days for delivery.

For exact shipping costs for the item(s) you're most interested in, it is good idea to put it in your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout. You do not have to submit the order, this is just an easy way to get the shipping and tax in amount. Shipping rates are calculated with the Canada Post integration software. You pay the actual shipping charges - nothing more !!

We offer prepaid money orders as a payment option for our Canadian & US customers.

To prepay for your order please select "Prepaid Money Order" from the payment selection when checking out. Follow the instructions that are provided.

If the address you gave us has any mistakes causing the delivery company to be unable to deliver the package, we will send your purchase again but shipping will then be charged again.

You can only cancel an order on the same day if you placed your order after 10am or on the weekend. All orders that are placed before 10am are shipped that same day. If you place your order at night, and we receive it the next business day before 10am, and you contact us to cancel it after 10am, we unfortunately cannot cancel it.

To cancel your order, you will need to send an email to orders@dreamwear.ca with your order number and full name in the message body.

If you place your order from an Overseas County, or if your billing and shipping addresses are different, Lovedreamer.com reserves the right to request personal identification from the customer in order to verify the authenticity of the order. If we feel that something is suspicious, we may or may not ask the customer to send their identification either in the form of a scanned image or by FAX. We also reserve the right to deny orders that may seem to be fraudulent. Personal Identification includes Passport, Driver's License, Scanned Image or Fax of Credit Card, and/or Photo Identification. Specifics will be detailed in an email which will be sent to the customer.
