We offer all our Customer's a 14-day money-back guarantee on all our Lingerie and intimate gift items (excluding opened or used Products).

Please note that if you ordered by Credit Card and return your item, you will be refunded, minus 10% of the total transaction fee. This is to cover the Credit Card charge that Visa and Mastercard charges us as well as restocking fees.

If you wish to return a product for a replacement or refund, please fill out the following form. We will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item(s). Please ensure that you include your invoice # with your details.

Some restrictions may apply but we will notify you. Note: RMA responses typically take between 24 and 48 hours to complete, so please be patient when waiting for your response.

Make sure to fill out the form and receive the e-mail confirmation before sending back your product. All requests for return authorization must be made within 14 days of purchase. Product(s) authorized for return must be returned with all original packaging, manuals and accessories in good condition. All RMA numbers issued by Dreamwear.ca are valid for ten (10) days. All returns must be received within this period. Late or incomplete returns may be subject to refusal. RMA numbers will NOT be extended or reassigned.
