Packages returned to us "unclaimed"
via Expresspost or USPS will
be subject to an additional
shipping charge before being
reshipped. |

days of the scheduled delivery

Return Process for Defective/Incorrect Merchandise
|
|
|
If you wish to return a defective and/or incorrect product for a replacement or refund, please fill out the following form. We will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item(s). Please ensure that you include your invoice/order number with your details.
Make sure to fill out the form completely. Please do not send back your product before receiving an RMA confirmation from us with your RMA number. Returns sent without and RMA number will not be processed. All requests for return authorization for product defects must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Claims for shipping errors must be made within 5 days of receiving your order. Product(s) authorized for return must be returned with all original packaging, manuals, and/or accessories in good condition. Products must be unsoiled and unworn and free of any signs of misuse. All RMA numbers issued by Dreamwear.ca are valid for 10 days from the date sent. All return shipments must arranged within this time. Late or incomplete returns may be subject to refusal. RMA numbers will NOT be extended or reassigned.
Once the return is received, if a new delivery is required for manufacturers defect or shipping error there will be no charge for the new shipment. You will receive new tracking information for any new deliveries. Please refer to the size charts related to your item before ordering as incorrect sizing is not available as an acceptable reason for return and/or exchange due to reasons of hygiene. Once a lingerie/clothing item has been shipped and received it is assumed to be worn and/or handled and cannot be resold.
Please note that original shipping
charges are not refundable under
any circumstances.
