Instructions are included in the
files. Simply Print, Fill out and
Fax back. Your order will be treated
in the same manner as our online
orders, shipped discreetly and delivered
promptly.

Is your information
completely secure and confidential ?
YES – ABSOLUTELY. dreamwear.ca will always treat
your order and inquiry with total discretion. Our
reputation has been built on the confidence that
our customers have every time they order with us.
Your order is sent in a strong, padded, plain mailing
envelope or box and DOES NOT mention our name anywhere
on the outside of the package other than LD International.
If I do not see
a product on the site - Does that mean dreamwear.ca
does not carry it ?
Ofcourse Not – Let us know what you are looking
for and in most cases we can accommodate your needs
and add the product in question to the store just
for you. In our attempts to stay on top of all the
latest lingerie lines sometimes we do neglect to
add a product that would be of interest to our customers.

We welcome you to
email us so we can accommodate your needs. If by
slight chance we are not able to source the product
you desire, we can most definitely find you a replacement
from a different manufacturer. Dreamwear.ca will
always treat your order and inquiry with total discretion.

Should I
clean my new Lingerie ?
Yes. dreamwear.ca recommends cleaning your Lingerie
items before and after each use. Sometimes newly
manufactured intimate gifts items may have a finishing
residue or small particles from the assembly line
they were created on. Give your new items a good
wash before use and always follow the directions
included in the packaging. If you're unsure about
something please email us at questions@dreamwear.ca.
What happens if the colour or size I ordered
isn't available?
With hundreds of items in our store, sometimes a
colour or size might be out of stock. In this situation
dreamwear.ca will backorder the item requested.
If you desire we can substitute an equal or more
expensive item. We will be sending you a backorder
notice via email in these cases of stock issues.
If you do not wish to wait for a backorder you can
simply call us or email us to make other arrangements.
We can always refund your item is help you select
an alternative colour/style.
How old do I need to be to order from your site?
Customers should be 18 years and older to view and
place orders through our website.
Do you trade names
and customer info with third parties?
NO DEFINITELY NOT. We never have and we never will.
How quickly can I expect to receive my order
?
All orders received Monday to Friday during working
hours will processed within 4 business days. If
your order is placed outside of working hours 9-5
(Monday - Friday), it will be start to be processed
the next working day. Canadian based orders are
sent via Canada Post and usually arrive within 2
to 3 working days of shipping. 5 working days should
be allowed before contacting us if your order has
not arrived. US orders usually arrive within 5 to
7 working days outside of the original 4 day processing
time. NEXT DAY DELIVERY ORDERS ARE not available
since we need the 4 day processing time to fulfill
your order.
Money Orders are subject to the normal clearance
time.
If an item is unsuitable
- Can I exchange it ?
Yes, All of our goods come with a 14 day satisfaction
guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with
your purchase simply return it to us within 14 days
of placing your order and we will exchange it for
an alternative product or refund your money (Packing
and Shipping costs are non refundable). Items must
remain sealed in the protective package shipped
with in order to be accepted for return.

in sealed packaging that have been opened are non
refundable and non exchangeable.
What should I
do if an item I receive is faulty ?
Simply return it to us stating what is wrong. We
will happily exchange it for you. Visit our returns
page for more info on how to proceed with these
returns.
If I pay
by credit card - Do you specify on my statement
what I have ordered ? NO. Bank and credit card
statements will not mention sexy lingerie in any
way or detail what you have ordered from us. We
process credit cards through the Royal Bank of Canada
- Moneris Solutions in the name of our parent company
LD International., this is what will appear on your
statement.
How often do
you launch new products ?
We are constantly on the look out for new products that
we can offer our customers. When they have been tested
for quality and safety and we are thoroughly satisfied
with the value for money, we will put them onto our
site.
Do you offer
a referral bonus (refer-a-friend)?
Yes, definitely. All you need to do is email us the
order # and first and last name of a person you have
referred and you will receive a 15% discount off your
next order. The more people you refer the more discount

Yes. Here at dreamwear.ca we cater to both end users
and retailers alike. For more information and price
lists please email us your business name, registration
number, address and we can email you our wholesalers
